Workman's Compensation
This policy covers the employees of the Insured whilst on duty and engaged in the execution of the Insured’s business &/or any project undertaken by the Insured, against accidental bodily injury, disablement, or death.
Compensation is payable under the provisions of WIBA Act 2007. The maximum benefit is set at 96 months’ salary. The Wiba Plus policy cover in addition to the above also extends coverage to 24 hours.
Benefits under WIBA Policy:
- Death – Compensation is equivalent to a maximum of 8 Years of earnings or 96 Months of earnings.
- Permanent Total Disability - Compensation is equivalent to a maximum of 8 Years of earnings or 96 Months of earnings.

- Temporary Total Disability -Compensation is equivalent to actual weekly earnings up to a maximum of 52 Weeks.
- Medical Expense – The policy provides for a free cover limit of up to Kshs. 100,00/- per employee. However, the insured may opt for a higher limit at an extra premium as agreed.
- Funeral/Last expense cover -The policy provides for a free cover limit up to Kshs. 30,00/- per employee. However, the insured may opt for a higher limit at an extra premium as agreed.
Group Personal Accident
We live in an era when people do activities in groups from traveling together to living together and this is why in line with current lifestyles it is best, we also cater to groups.
This policy covers accidental death or incapacitation to the insured. Compensation will be payable to the insured or his/her legal representative per the sum insured and the scale of compensation agreed and specified in the policy schedule.
The age requirements for this policy are that the holder should be below 65 years. Policy can be given to individuals or groups of individuals.
For students, we also provide personal accident cover to individuals, schools, and organised groups on very reasonable premium terms.
