Dipankar's impressive background includes leadership roles with four major insurance groups, where he has been at the helm of business operations for over 30 years. His comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, combined with his proficiency in leading various distribution channels, has consistently driven growth and profitability.

An alumnus of Delhi University, India, Dipankar holds degrees in Economics and Management and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. Further enhancing his academic credentials, he earned a PhD in Business Administration from AMU, India. He draws his experience from various organisations in Tanzania and India.

John Kigochi

Chief Finance Officer

Kigochi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree – Accounting Option, from the University of Nairobi, an MBA – Finance, and a CPA (K). He has over 18 years Insurance experience.

Parul Khimasia

Chief Operating Officer

Parul Khimasia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). He has over 14 years of experience in the Insurance industry.

Amos Mabuka

Amos is a seasoned Insurance professional with extensive, hands – on experience in both Business Development and Operations Management. He is a Chartered Insurer as well as Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute – UK, with over 17 years progressive Insurance Industry experience. Mr. Mabuka also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management

Wilson Oyuga

Wilson has over 20 years’ experience within the insurance industry across Business development, Underwriting and Operations. He is a Chartered Insurer as well as an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute – UK. Mr. Oyuga also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Insurance) from the University of Nairobi.

Dinah has over 20 years’ experience in handling both General and legalclaims in the Insurance Industry.She is a holder of an LLB degree and Bachelor of Social Legislation from Dr. Babasaheb Marathwada University - India. She is an ACI Arb holder and a member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya.

Helen Osore

Head of Inclusive Insurance

Helen is a seasoned Microinsurance practitioner with over 20 year’s experience in both urban and rural set-ups backed with successful turnaround initiatives. Her focus on innovation and market-led solutions has seen her pioneer many firsts in the mass market space: among them, the first 100% cash free microfinance in the World and the Pioneer Manager of the first Deposit Taking Microfinance Bank in Kenya. Helen’s experience in Microfinance, Bancassurance and Microinsurance has given her the opportunity to develop microinsurance solutions, frameworks and processes that improve the competitive positioning and promote the brand value of Organizations. Helen holds an MBA in Strategic Manager and BCOM Honors in Marketing.

He has been successful at implementing strategic approaches to Customer Experience, Operational excellence, Business Growth, Digitization & Innovation as well as profitability.
