Ewart has over two decades’ experience in the capital markets having started out his career as an actuarial consultant with Hymans Robertson before transitioning into investment banking working with African Alliance, Kestrel Capital, Dry Associates and Old Mutual in various executive capacities. He is a Director of the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks (KASIB) and a member of the Fund Managers’ Association. In addition, he is actively involved in mentoring and supporting young Kenyan entrepreneurs and university students.
Maina has over 10 years of experience in the asset management industry spanning both the sell and buy-side. He has been actively involved in portfolio construction and risk management, equity & fixed income research and analysis across different market cycles and has subsequently constructively interacted with a smorgasbord of different types of clientele including high net worth investors, pension funds and standalone (segregated) institutional investment mandates. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Vassar College in New York and is also a CFA® Charter Holder

He holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree (Accounting) from Moi University and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and a practicing member of Institute of Certified Investment Financial Analysts.
Kevin is the Corporate Dealer at Apollo Asset Management Company for the last 2 years. Prior to dealing, he was an investment analyst focused on equity research while still at Apollo Asset Management. He has 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Kevin has a Master of Science in Financial Regulation & Risk Management from The Paris Institute of Political Studies, an MBA from The University of Nairobi and is also a graduate of JKUAT. When not doing investments, Kevin can be found trying his hand at farming over the weekends. His hobbies include travelling and podcasting. He is enthusiastic about sports and is a fan of basketball, rugby and football.
